Our website and service providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project files in the demo enquiry form.

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, communicate about your request, operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and access

We use Netlify for website hosting and processing demo form submissions, and Google Workspace for email communications. These providers process information to deliver their services. Access within Baya AI is limited to authorised people who need it to handle enquiries or operate and support the website.

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the processing described in this notice.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage ongoing communications, and meet legal or security needs. Retention depends on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is held. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current website code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage, and does not include analytics scripts or embedded third-party media players. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser requests those resources. Netlify also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate data protection authority.
